This is a great product! I do not have space to reach behind
my washer and access the shutoff valves without pulling the washer out
from the wall. This unit gives remote access to shut of the water
supplies as well as acting as an alarm device and shutting the supplies
off automatically, in the event of a water leak.

Product is a very good value. Literally installed in
10 minutes by unscrewing the feed to my faucet. I use it to fill my
indoor hot tub to a specific height. Has variable sensitivity.

just want to thank you for your FloodStop product for a washing
machine. In October of 2004 we installed ~1100 square feet of
engineered wood floors throughout our home. In February of this year
the fill switch on our
Kenmore
washing machine failed and flooded our home to the extent that all of
the wood flooring needed to be replaced. The claim with the insurance
company was over $18K. After vowing to not go through that again, I
searched for a product that would help in preventing this from
occurring again. I came across your product via searching the internet
and decided to give it a try based on the design.
We
guess what happened tonight. The same repaired washing machine failed
in the same manner triggering your product to cut off the water supply
to the washing machine and set off an alarm. At first my wife didn’t
know where the alarm was coming from but after a second she realized
what had happened. We immediately soaked up the small amount of water
that triggered the alarm and drained the washing machine. Needless to
say, we will not be repairing the washing machine (we’ll be getting
a new one). Thanks again for your excellent product.

Of course, we have a one year manufacturers warrantee for the
products. If any thing is found to be wrong with the products, we
will gladly replace or repair the units.
